Release encryption and packaging remain on the trusted Windows Owner Console for now. This keeps release-key material and plaintext source out of the browser.

Customer, licence, and motherboard controls are available here. Remote release jobs will be added as a separate hardened pipeline.
NEXT RELEASE AUTOMATION
- Upload a source bundle to private release storage.
- Queue a build job after owner authorization.
- A trusted Windows runner downloads the job and performs syntax checks, re-encryption, manifest generation, hashing, and ZIP packaging.
- The resulting artifact is uploaded back to private release storage for owner approval and publishing.
The v1 portal intentionally does not accept private signing keys, content keys, vault files, or plaintext release source.
